The semiconductor business unit of the Group produces state-of-the-art solutions to cater to front and back-end processes of IC assembly. Its newer range of products includes high-speed, high accuracy wafer level die marking, die sorting and inspection systems. MIT is also the exclusive distributor of Rofin Sinar laser marking laser systems in Singapore and Malaysia.

MIT services a broad spectrum of customers such as Micron, ST microelectronics, ASE, Infineon Technologies, UTAC - all of which are renown global players in their respective semiconductor space.

Adding to the range of semiconductor products are integrated vision inspection solutions provided by our susidiary; Generic Power that also supplies general purpose vision inspection systems for various manufacturing industries.
