MIT (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Semiconductor Precision Technology Pte Ltd (“SPT”) which is part of Manufacturing Integration Technology Ltd (“MIT”) Group of Companies, headquartered in Singapore.

MIT is listed on the SGX Mainboard and specializes in the design, development and distribution of a wide range of automated equipment for the semiconductor industry. The Group's other subsidiaries include i.PAC Manufacturing (contract equipment manufacturer of semiconductors, storage media, displays, aerospace and other industrial automation, high tech capital equipment, AMS Biomedical (contract manufacturer of medical equipment and devices) and Generic Power (specializing in advanced proprietary vision inspection systems).

MIT (Shanghai) specializes in precision engineering/machining and contract manufacturing assembly services (See Products & Services). High precision parts are manufactured to tight tolerances and stringent specifications to meet the performance needs of the electro-mechanical components and subsystems sectors for a wide range of industries.

Our facility is equipped with high speed, high versatility tool-room equipment comprising state-of-the-art machining centres, wire EDMs, die-sinking EDMs, form and surface grinders, lathe and a mix of other supporting machine tools.

Just a year after our start-up operations, we were awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification by SGS.
