• Able to machine most ferrous and non-ferrous metal alloys material.
• Able to provide COC certificate for all materials used.
• Able to CNC machine maximum area of 2100mm x 1400mm x 1100mm
• Able to CNC turn workpiece of Diameter Up To Dia 250mm x 500mm
• Capabilities are supported by Surface grinders, EDM & Wire Cut Machines
• Able to clean machined products by Ultra-Sonic Cleaning Equipment
• Outsource capability for treatment process like anodizing, blackening, chrome / zinc plating, Annealing, Hardening and etc.
• Able to measure complex products using precision inspection equipment like CMM, profile projector, surface roughness tester and others.
• CMM capability able to measure 3D profiles with resolution of 0.1micron and accuracy of up to 1micron.
• Able to provide Electro-Mechanical Module / Sub-Assembly according to customer requirements & specifications.
• Able to provide alignment & testing data with Internal Buy-Off by QA Department / Customer for all assembly work .
• Global purchasing of Standard / Non-standard items as per requirements / specifications.
• Able to translate CAD (dxf files) drawings into CNC programming using NX pro CAM software.
• Able to provide FA samples and reports according to drawing specifications for Customer review and approval before production commencement.
• Able to provide Outgoing inspection reports for every batch delivery of products to Customer.
